What is Demo ERP?
Demo ERP is an all-in-one business platform. It brings sales and CRM, field service, supply chain, finance and accounting, HR and payroll, projects, helpdesk and live workforce tracking into one app, with an AI copilot that answers questions about your data.
Which teams can use it?
Every employee. It ships with seven role-based workspaces — administrator, HR, finance, sales, service engineers, supply chain and general employees — and each role only sees the modules it needs.
Does it work on mobile phones?
Yes. The whole product is responsive with a phone-friendly bottom navigation, and it can be installed on the home screen as an app. Field staff can check in with GPS from their phone.
How does employee location tracking protect privacy?
Location is collected only between check-in and check-out, after the employee gives consent. Admins set geofences, ping intervals and retention, and employees can see their own location history.
Do the AI copilot and agents need an API key?
No. They run in a free simulation mode out of the box. When you are ready, you can connect Claude or your own agent endpoint from the AI settings page.
Does it support Indian GST, TDS and payroll rules?
Yes. It includes GST and TDS summaries, e-invoicing preparation, and payroll with PF, professional tax and TDS calculations, with amounts in Indian rupees.
